SAP Warehouse Management Functional Consultant

We're supporting a global life sciences client who is looking for an experienced SAP Warehouse Management Functional Consultant to join a large-scale integral template deployment programme.

You’ll work closely with global business stakeholders, deployment teams, and technical experts to deliver Warehouse Management functionality across multiple international releases.

What you’ll be doing

- Review and shape business requirements with global and country stakeholders
- Validate requirements and perform Fit/Gap analysis against the global SAP template
- Prepare and maintain functional design documentation
- Produce functional specifications for approved developments and support developers during build
- Support governance, documentation and change control throughout the release lifecycle




- Prepare and execute OQ documentation while supporting PQ activities
- Support deployment readiness, release planning and business sign-off
- Assist with cutover activities, transition planning and hypercare support

What we’re looking for
- Strong SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) functional experience
- Experience working on global SAP template deployments or rollouts
- Strong Fit/Gap analysis and business xcskxlj process design experience
- Experience writing Functional Specifications
- Understanding of validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Experience supporting testing, deployment and cutover activities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work within a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical devices or similar is highly desirable)
