Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the operational delivery of Cyber Defense security projects and programs, ensuring timely, on-budget, and within-scope execution. You guide diverse teams across markets and with third parties, aligning work with AXA GO processes. You’ll drive SOC-related initiatives, deploy security tools, and build automation for threat detection and incident response. This position offers global impact, cross-functional collaboration, and a chance to shape security capabilities at scale.

• Oversee operational delivery of security projects and programs within scope, time, and budget
• Lead project teams including central team, market PMs, and third parties
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and KPIs; monitor progress
• Ensure alignment with AXA GO project management lifecycle and processes
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to stakeholders; manage change requests
• Coordinate procurement and contract matters with Group Procurement
• Liaise with technical and business communities within AXA to ensure alignment
• Drive SOC-related projects, expansion, and enhancement of monitoring capabilities
• Deploy and integrate new security tools/technologies within the SOC




• Advise on security transformation and usage of AXA security products
• Develop automated threat detection/response playbooks and orchestration
• Promote automation in monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response through AI/ML where applicable

Responsabilidades
• Experience in project and program management with security focus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven change management capability and process implementation
• Customer needs analysis and technical requirements formulation
• Experience with third-party management and quality assurance in security programs
• Engineering degree or related field; PM certification (PMI/PMI-ACP/Prince2) advantageous
• Agile methodology experience; process improvement certifications advantageous
• 5+ years PM/IT project leadership; 5+ years in complex international projects
• Experience in information security domain; 5+ years in security/network/infrastructure deployment
• Fluent in English; French a plus
• Budget management experience (2–5M)
• Experience with fixed-price project delivery; multi-project/ transversal projects
