anchoring every decision in customer-paid value rather than features shippedWhat we're looking for:A product leader who has built or structurally transformed a Product function inside a B2B SaaS business, or a tier-1 strategy-consulting background with deep product, tech or digital-transformation exposureGenuine, hands-on use of AI in your own practice, not just familiarity with the conceptComfort operating across an international, multi-entity groupA direct, low-ego communicator who can bring Engineering, Sales and Operations on board without relying on hierarchyC2 Spanish and B2 EnglishBased in the Barcelona area, with real autonomy over team composition, pricing and go-to-market, and exposure to Product leaders across the wider group.
