Engineering Oil & Gas Company is looking for a Sand Blasting Painting Foreman for their project located in Worldwide (Currently in Romania).MISSIONCoordinate and control the work of the dependent team based on sandblasting and painting Scope of Work assignedDistribute the equipment and materials to allow the team to perform the assigned activitiesTASKSEnsure that operators and all personnel belonging to the team strictly observe applicable safety standardsEnsure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality requirementsGive instructions to the te am in order to execute the sand blasting and painting works as per applicable painting systemCoordinate and check the work carried out by the team, reporting any difficulties to the works supervisorOrganise all the means, e quipment and materials necessary to perform the work. Check that they comply with applicable provisions, report any anomalies and coordinate any corrective actionsLiaise with the works supervisor in order to optimize the use of equipment and personnelCarry out the daily toolbox talkingsVerify the sand blasting and painting works are always carried out in appropriate habitats,



preventing dispersion of grit and toxic products in the environmentEnsure adherence to the planned time frameEnsure that any approved modification made during the execution of the works is duly marked-up on the relevant drawings, in order to allow the issue of As Built documentationProvide the works supervisor with data on quantities produced for updating progress reports and quantities accountingProvide the work supervisor with data on manpower, equipment, tools and material usedImplement the permit-to-work systemLiaise with other disciplines on ongoing operationsEnsure the housekeeping of the work location
