During the contract execution phase, analyze and manage the contract terms, exploring contractual solutions and alternatives in order to minimize risks and optimize opportunitiesTASKS

Manage and coordinate contract management activities ensuring that all aspects of the contract during the negotiation and execution phase are correctly addressedEnsure that Golden Rules and Silver Guidelines are implementedManage the resources involved in contract management activities, develop relevant professional competences and identify project staffing needsSupervise the application of Saipem guidelines and standards relevant to contract managementProvide all necessary reports regarding contract management matter to the corporate/company/project managementEnsure collection and sharing of lessons learned, feedbacks and returns of experience on issues/criticalities encountered during contract management activitiesEnsure, for the area of its remit, application of the industrial risk management methodologyRecover bid contractual summary, any legal analyses and other support documentation prepared during tender phaseVerify the completeness of contract documents (consistency check), supervise their distribution to project team members and regularly execute contract induction meetingsAssist the Project Manager in developing the contract management execution strategy and ensure change process on the project,



including appropriate claim management actionsEnsure that all project specific contracts for goods, services or subcontracts are drafted incorporating contractual obligations and assisting the Project Manager in identifying critical packages (subcontractors and vendors) requiring special monitoring of contract risksParticipate in the periodical project budget review meetingsReview regulatory requirementsReview, update and complete all partner agreements according to contract/project developmentCoordinate the contractual documentation fillingEnsure the contribution to the Legal function for the management of preliminary activities of litigations and contribute during the following activitiesRequirements

Languages: Advanced English Level is a mustTechnical Knowledge:10 to 15 Years of experience in O&G;, EPCI Contracts.Experience with Floater projects.Experience in Chinese yards is a plus.Position - Maritime Works Engineer (Civil Engineer profile, experience in oil and gas, preferably in LNG)Rotation - 90 days on duty - 21 days off dutyWorking hours - 60 per week (10X6)Salary - To be confirmedOvertime - U To be confirmedLiving allowance - Not applicable (Full Boarding)Medical insurance - Provided by companyIncome protection in case of injury or illness while on duty (provided by company)Flights - mob, demob and rotational flights provided by company
