Arrange the personnel arrivals and departures in line with the roster defined by the Management and assign the accommodationSupport the administration of the personnel on boardLiaise with the travel and marine agencies for the personnel logistics and travelling activitiesWhere required, support the Master/OIM in the training and certificates managementTASKS

Update and maintain the Roster plan of personnel assigned to the vessel, in line with instructions from the vessel offshore managementPlan and record the personnel arrivals and departures from Helicopter and Crew change boats for all companies on boardVerifie the minimum documentation of personnel for pre-embarkation purposes and support in preparation of the List of CrewIssue Badges in line with ISPS requirements for new personnelPrepare daily reports on POB, shifts, muster lists, daily meals, helicopter crew lists, look-aheads for the relevant partiesRecord the attendances/absences of personnel (overtime, sickness, holidays, etc.), hours of work/rest in line with company proceduresEnsure the management of cash advance, within the remits defined by the MasterLiaise with Catering for room cleaning and meals arrangementHandle all lockers for personnel onboardIssue requests for hotel and transportation bookingInterface with the marine agency and the Master/OIM for emigrations formalitiesWhere required,
