About this PositionAs a Network Design Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our European supply chain network at Henkel Adhesive Technologies. You will combine advanced analytical modeling with hands-on implementation, ensuring that network design decisions translate into real operational impact.This role sits within the European Supply Chain Enablement team and works cross-functionally with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Controlling and Business Units.Your mission is to build and implement network optimization models that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization to optimize cost, service, and sustainability.What You´ll DoDevelop end-to-end supply chain network optimization models in a network optimization tool, such as Optilogic, to optimize cost, service, and sustainabilityApply linear optimization and scenario modeling to evaluate strategic and tactical network decisionsTranslate modeling insights into clear, actionable recommendationsCoordinate implementation of network changes across multiple functions in the European organizationEngage and align stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Controlling and SalesManage trade-offs between competing objectives and drive decisions in a complex environmentImprove modeling approaches, data quality, and tools over timeContribute to building network design capabilities within the organizationSupport ad-hoc analyses and smaller optimization use cases where neededWhat makes you a good fitMaster’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field3–5 years of experience in supply chain,
