Experteer Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end production process for photo, video, and hybrid content at our Barcelona studio. You’ll act as the operational backbone, aligning creative teams, stakeholders, and workflows to deliver on time and to brief.

You’ll tackle complex content projects in a fast-paced studio environment, driving schedules, budgets, and on-set coordination. This is a hands-on producer role with impact across pre-, mid-, and post-production, supported by a cross-functional team and cutting-edge production technology.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own end-to-end production management from brief to delivery across media types
- Create and maintain production schedules, shot lists, and resource plans for studio bays and stages
- Coordinate internal and freelance talent (photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, models) including booking and on-set management
- Manage production budgets, track spend against POs, flag overruns early
- Serve as primary liaison between creative teams, brand stakeholders, and operations throughout the lifecycle




- Register and maintain project data in centralized tools with tracking and status updates
- Lead pre-production meetings, creative kick-offs, and post-production reviews
- Oversee asset delivery pipelines, QC, and delivery to downstream teams
- Coordinate with Ops, Facilities, and Equipment to ensure studio readiness and resolve logistics issues before shoots

Responsabilidades

- Experience with multimedia content creation or project management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and handling competing priorities
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Share Point and Power Point
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience driving creative strategy and execution in an agency or in-house team
- Ability to work on-site full-time in a studio environment
