As an Integration / Data Engineer, you will design, build, and support scalable AWS serverless integrations across enterprise HR platforms. You will work with Solution Architects, HR product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing data exchanges between systems like Oracle HCM, Service Now, and iCIMS. You’ll ensure data reliability, security, and compliance while optimizing integrations in a general, matrixed environment. This role offers impact by enabling seamless HR data flows and improvements to the recruiter and employee experience.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, develop and deploy scalable serverless integration solutions using AWS services
• Build and manage API-based and file-based (batch/ETL) integrations
• Develop backend logic in Node.js or Python for data transformation and API services




• Collaborate with Solution Architects and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, IAM, Cloud Formation)
• Ensure security, compliance and data privacy in all integrations
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability and performance of integrations
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Work across HR ecosystems to xqbhyrx enhance employee and recruiter experience through reliable data flows
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in Programming and API
• Techno-functional expertise in HR tech and integrations
• Experience working in Agile environments
