In this role you own the People Experience (PX) across multiple markets, ensuring disciplined, high-quality execution and timely delivery. You will lead a leadership team of PX Heads, partner with the COO and dCPO, and represent local realities in global PX initiatives. You drive business reviews, talent development, and cross-market alignment while identifying and closing performance gaps. You join a mission-driven, high-scale organization where shaping PX at pace across regions matters. This is a chance to influence how global and local teams collaborate to improve physician and patient impact.

• Represent local market needs in global PX initiatives and prioritize accordingly
• Improve PX efficiency by tracking productivity and implementing process/tech improvements
• Coach and develop local PX leaders to strengthen the international PX leadership bench
Responsabilidades
• HR Business Partner experience in GTM or equivalent, with leadership of large markets
• Experience leading HR for 1,500+ people and 50+ HR staff including dotted lines xqbhyrx
• Proven track record of disciplined execution and meeting deadlines
• Strong relationship-building with business leaders and ability to influence
• Comfort navigating global and local cultures, and championing diversity and inclusion
• Data-minded with ability to connect business goals to metrics while recognizing limits of data
