Role Overview

We are looking for a Group Controller to strengthen our Group Finance team.

The role focuses on group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis in an international, multi-entity environment.

You will work closely with the Head of Controlling, gaining strong exposure to group-level topics and progressively taking ownership of reporting and consolidation activities.

This position is designed for a high-potential candidate willing to grow into a senior group controlling role over time.

Key Responsibilities- Monthly group closing and consolidation- Support group management reporting and variance analysis- Budgeting and forecasting support- Accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of group reporting- Point of contact for local finance teams- Compliance with group controlling standards- Follow-up on reporting timelines and deliverables- Resolution of reporting issues with senior stakeholders

Experience & Background- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent- 4–7 years of experience in controlling or financial activities within companies- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Exposure to AI Tools and Data Automation is a plus- Knowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plus- Fluent English – Working Language- Additional languages are a plus
