Some More Specific Responsibilities Strategy on Cloud and Target Architecture

Designing and maintaining the Target Cloud Architecture. Co-design together with Enterprise Architects the technological components necessary for any information system. Co-design application modernization methods

Governance and architectural standards

Define cloud guidelines, principles, and standards. Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Security & Compliance (DORA, GDPR, local regulations)

Cloud adoption & modernization

Support application teams in: Migration (rehost, replatform, refactor, particularly with AI) and modernization (microservices, APIs, containers).



Promote cloud-native models and Define reusable architectural patterns

Innovation & emerging technologies

Evaluate new technologies (AI/ML, serverless, edge computing). Enable advanced use cases (data platform, LLM, analytics). Anticipate trends and business impacts

Cost supervision (Fin Ops)

Optimize cloud costs (TCO, unit economics). Work with the Fin Ops team to: chargeback/showback models and consumption control. Balancing performance and costs

Security, risk and compliance

Ensuring secure architectures by design (IAM, encryption, network security). Manage issues of: Data security, resilienza and disaster recovery, Vendor Risk and Cloud Focus
