Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage personnel movements (registrations, modifications, incidents, cancellations)
• Perform payroll calculation and liaise with official bodies
• Provide support and advice on labour procedures
• Manage local client relationships and monitor activities at corporate level for international clients

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 2 years of payroll management and labor law experience
• Degree in Law,



Business Administration, Labour Relations or related field is valued
• Strong interest in HR, payroll management and employment legislation
• Solid analytical skills and interest in digital tools and applications
• Eagerness to learn with a customer-oriented mindset and high attention to detail
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills
• Problem-solving approach, team spirit, and a positive attitude
• Spanish is essential and fluent in English
