In this role you drive digital transformation programs for Spain, partnering with cross-functional teams to advance Google for Education solutions.

You will set program direction, manage end-to-end roadmaps, and track metrics to influence product and adoption strategies.

You balance strategic transformation with execution constraints and work closely with executive stakeholders.

This position offers an opportunity to scale technology adoption across the Spanish education market and shape impact at regional level.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in business program management, project management, educational technology, or technology adoption initiatives
• Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating with executive stakeholders
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently
