We are a growing real estate agency in Marbella specializing in residential sales, rentals, and investment properties on the Costa del Sol. As our portfolio and international client base continue to expand, we are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

- Work with international buyers and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and manage client relationships
- Advise clients throughout the buying or rental process
- Maintain and expand your property portfolio
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team
- Negotiate and close deals

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in real estate or strong sales background (preferred)
- English at a professional level (additional languages are a plus)




- Knowledge of Marbella and Costa del Sol areas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional attitude
