Wandoo Finance is seeking a capable Team Leader for Debt Collection & Sales to drive day-to-day operations, performance, and a positive team culture in Madrid. You’ll coach, set expectations and manage recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
This 38.5-hour, on-site role offers a salary of €35,000–€45,000 with a potential remote option, a performance bonus, 26 days of vacation and life insurance, under the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Financial and Credit Institutions.
