- Ensure safe maintenance execution of Mechanical Rotating Equipment andMachinery, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and internationalstd.
- Set and promote Leadership in Safety attitudes
- Coordinate, supervise department activities and provide Technicalsupport to team members
- Instruct and lead technicians with regards to acceptable attitudes andbehaviors

Tasks

Maintenance Execution

- Ensure that services are carried out in strict compliance with Companyand Client current HSE rules
- Execute Maintenance Preventive and Correctives operations (routine andshort-term)
- Coordinate Contract or personnel for the smooth execution of the services
- Report and/or advise Discipline Supervisor on Daily bases

Maintenance planning

- Implement and request the logistical means necessary for smoothmaintenance operations, ta king the various constraints into account whenplanning and carrying out operations
- Take part in different daily, weekly and site coordination meetingswhen required by supervisor
- Ensure the preparation of Maintenance reports for submission to therelevant discipline supervisor
- Ensure the movement of spare parts according to the requirements ofMaintenance operations
- Supervise stock of relevant raw materials, PDR, consumables and tools
- Inform the discipline supervisor by appropriate reporting, on theprogress of maintenance operations and, if necessary, of difficultiesencountered
- Follow-up the maintenance activity through a Work Order system andapprove the maintenance Work Order reports through the use of the most commonCMMS (SAP-UNISUP-MAXIMO-DATASTREAM, etc.)

Technical Support/Methods

- Use the appropriateness of the operating and maintenance proceduresused by his crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements




- Keep an up-to-date list of work that cannot be performed except duringinspections of machines or shutdowns
- Maintain a permanent anticipation on the potential problems that couldoccur in the production plant, with close relationship with other sections, inorder to prevent non-productive or non-efficient operations

Team Leading

- Be responsible for his teams on site, specifically:
- Participate to the identification of training needs of his teams
- Get involved in the Nationalization plan
- Get involved on appraisal and Competence assessment for his staff
- Be commited to Train/Coach/Mentor his local staff

HSE

- Demonstrate commitment to safety through language, behaviour and actions
- Ensure the correct behaviour of his teams in accordance with thegeneral safety regulations of the subsidiary and, if needed, take the necessarycorrective measures
- Ensure all necessary controls to mitigate risks and/or eliminate hazards
- Execute performance monitoring via regular observation of workingpractices, assessing compliance with safe systems of work and work instructions
- Acknowledge the involvement of its job role in the permit to worksystem and verifies the safety measures described in the permit to work for itsjob role involvement, including area preparation and restoration

Requirements

- Do you have the certification ISO 18436-2:2014 Condition monitoring anddiagnostics of machines
- Do you have the Ultrasound Certification ISO 18436-8
- Do you have the Thermography certification ISO 18436-7:2014
