About the role

OMODA & JAECOO are entering a new phase of growth in Belgium and Luxembourg. We are looking for a Network Dealer Development Manager to support the expansion and performance of our retail network. This role combines business development, project coordination, and dealer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and execution of the dealer network strategy in Belgium & Luxembourg, in line with HQ guidelines.
- Identify, approach and qualify potential new dealers and dealer groups.
- Manage the full process for new partners: from prospecting, evaluation and contract signing to showroom opening.
- Coordinate showroom activation and ensure compliance with OMODA & JAECOO retail identity (VI/SI).
- Monitor dealer performance, prepare reports and propose improvements.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to adapt local actions.
- Organise and execute pop-up stores and brand events to strengthen visibility and generate leads.

Your Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or engineering.




- 5+ years of relevant experience in automotive retail network development or dealer operations.
- Strong knowledge of the Belgian & Luxembourg automotive market and dealer groups.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Languages: fluent Dutch and English (French is an asset).
- Flexibility to travel regularly within Belgium & Luxembourg.
