As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for IT operations and support across Belgium, reporting directly to the Country Operations Manager of the Calzedonia BeNeLux branch.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the maintenance and smooth operation of new and existing stores by providing first and second-line support, including on-site interventions when required.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the entire IT infrastructure and equipment within the Benelux headquarters and support the implementation of new technologies.
- Train users on equipment and explore/learn about new/existing technologies.
- Ensure the installation and configuration of computer and phone equipment.
- Deploy and configure new solutions in collaboration with the HQ Italy
- Manage the logistics and inventory of IT equipment (phones, computers,



store devices and related hardware).
- Act as the main point of contact for external IT service providers and third-party vendors.

Profile:

- The position is based in our offices in Brussels, Belgium.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
- Autonomous, patient, organized, adaptable and responsive.
- Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Available to travel for occasional in-store interventions.
- Comfortable working across Windows, iOS and Android environments and able to adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure fundamentals (cable management, managed switches, firewalls, access points, etc.).
- English and French are required. Dutch is a plus.
