UX Writer – French / Dutch B2-C1

Key Responsibilities

- Create clear, concise and user-centric UX copy, primarily microcopy such as buttons, titles, error messages and instructions.
- Write and edit UI content throughout the full product development lifecycle, from ideation and refinement to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, developers and product experts to ensure copy supports user and product goals.
- Adapt and refine UX copy based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Ensure UX copy follows accessibility, inclusivity, UX and mobile-first principles.
- Rephrase and adapt UX copy from Dutch into high-quality French for digital products.
- Contribute to UX Writing guidelines and the design system, with practical examples demonstrated in a portfolio.
- Manage and maintain UX copy in the relevant content database while ensuring consistency and quality.

Experience Required

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a UX Writer,



Content Designer or similar role.
- Proven experience with UX Writing techniques and a strong portfolio demonstrating real UX Writing work.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, mobile-first principles and digital customer journeys.
- Experience working closely with UX/UI or Product Design teams and understanding the design process.
- Ability to create and defend UX copy decisions while balancing user needs, stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
- Professional French with strong written and spoken Dutch (B2/C1) and good English (B1/B2).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality copy with excellent attention to detail.
