As part of its continued growth and ambition to strengthen its presence in pharmacies throughout Belgium, ixX Pharma is looking for a Pharmacy Trainer (Oost Vlaanderen) to play a key role in educating pharmacy teams, increasing product recommendation and driving sell-out performance across the region.

Reporting to the Sales manager and working together with the pharmacy representative, your main responsibilities will be:

· To build pharmacy teams' expertise and drive product recommendation:

o Deliver high-quality scientific and product training sessions to para pharmacy, pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and pharmacy staff

o Ensure pharmacy/parapharmacy teams have a strong understanding of ixX Pharma brands, products, key differentiators, consumer benefits and consultative selling approaches to effectively advise consumers





o Track and report training impact (staff feedback, sell-out evolution,…)

o Define action plan in collaboration with pharmacy representative for each cycle (4 months)

o Participate to ixX webinars, conferences and other educational events’ animation

· To support in-store activation and visibility:

o Implement merchandising guidelines and ensure optimal product visibility in pharmacies

o Punctually contribute to trade activations and pharmacy challenges in coordination with the pharmacy representative

o Identify opportunities to improve customer experience

Profile:

· Background in pharmacy, nutrition, dietetics, naturopathy or a related health science field

· 1st successful experience in (para)pharmacy, healthcare training or customer-facing educational roles

· You are passionate about health / nutrition and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others

· You are a natural communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills

· You are fluent in Dutch; French and/or English would be a plus
