About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team, responsible for automated platform management, CI/CD pipeline development, and hybrid infrastructure operations. The adecuado candidate combines strong technical expertise with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows to enable reliable, automated software delivery
- Deploy, administer, and scale containerised workloads and orchestration platforms
- Provision and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Automate system configuration and routine operational tasks through scripting
- Manage hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises virtualisation and public cloud platforms
- Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development and operations teams in an Agile delivery model

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Required:

- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or automated platform management, including:
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD, GitOps, pipeline automation, and version control using enterprise tools such as GitLab, ArgoCD, or Jenkins
- Solid experience deploying and administering container workloads and orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes, Rancher, RKE2, and Docker
- Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, provisioning hybrid resources with Terraform, and automating system configurations with Ansible
- Practical knowledge of managing hybrid infrastructure across enterprise virtualization environments (VMware) and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)




- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automating routine operational tasks and tool integrations
- Experience deploying and utilizing observability and industry-standard monitoring stacks, including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong track record of delivering cross-functional work in fast-moving Agile environments

- Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required to proceed with this role
