A large Asset Management institution in Brussels is looking for an Analyst / Tester to join its Data & Reporting team, supporting a major integration and migration program covering institutional and fund reporting.

You'll play a key role in rolling out the testing strategy for this migration, working under the supervision of the Testing Manager, and acting as a bridge between the Reporting, IT, and Data teams to keep report production accurate, compliant, and on schedule throughout the transition.

What you'll do

- Execute testing and transition runs for reporting activities as they migrate into new systems and workflows
- Analyze and document issues identified during the pilot phase and the parallel run
- Resolve identified issues — escalating to IT when linked to system development, or to the data team when linked to data availability or accuracy
- Support the team through first production runs, ensuring timely delivery of institutional and fund reports in line with internal governance and client expectations
- Work closely with the analysts in place to fix issues arising during testing and the parallel run




- Actively contribute to the broader implementation of the target operating model, alongside all involved teams

Who you'll work with

Reporting, IT, Client Services, Sales, and the wider Data & Reporting team. You'll report directly to the Manager of the Reporting & Data Services team.

What we're looking for

- First solid experience in Operations, IT, or Reporting/Performance within an Asset Management company (strong junior profiles with solid financial-product knowledge will also be considered)
- Good understanding of financial products (equities, bonds, derivatives, NAV, performance)
- Comfortable working across testing, issue resolution, and cross-team coordination
- Fluent in English (must), French is a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
