As an ATM Domain Expert, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex air traffic management (ATM) systems. You will drive innovation while ensuring strict compliance with safety-critical aviation standards and aligning solutions with operational requirements for major initiatives.

- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in air traffic management or related fields, including at least 3 years in a lead or expert role with a proven portfolio of ATM system design and optimization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Expert knowledge of ATM standards and technologies (ICAO, FAA, EUROCONTROL, ADS-B, ACARS, SWIM)



and advanced expertise in airspace management and safety-critical requirements.
- Experience collaborating on system integration and software solutions (Python, Java, or C++) alongside strong regulatory compliance and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include active or former certifications (FAA ATCO, EUROCONTROL ATCO), experience with next-gen frameworks like SESAR or NextGen, and familiarity with agile development.

This is your role

- Lead ATM initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation, ensuring alignment with safety goals and deadlines.
- Deliver comprehensive system designs, operational frameworks, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Provide strategic recommendations for airspace optimization, system performance, and safety enhancements.
- Guide and mentor technical teams, reviewing ATM solutions, operational processes, and software implementations.
- Present and justify complex ATM solutions to stakeholders using rigorous operational, safety, and regulatory metrics.
