Experteer Overview

In this hybrid role, you will combine SAP HCM consulting with ABAP development to oversee T-Systems Iberia HR applications. You will lead redesigns and small evolutions of Incident Management and related HR apps, applying AGILE practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP-based solutions meet HR needs and adapt to evolving requirements.

This position offers hands-on influence on core HR systems and the chance to shape implementation strategies.
