Clarios is seeking a Plant HR Manager to lead HR for two manufacturing sites in Spain, including Guardamar del Segura and Ibi. You will partner with the Plant Manager, oversee payroll, recruitment, talent development, employee relations and legal compliance, and drive HR transformation and culture across the sites.
The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, experience in industrial environments, and strong leadership to shape an effective HR organization aligned with regional strategy.
