Zoco Home is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Puerto Banús, Marbella. This is an opportunity to join a growing lifestyle brand where design, exceptional service, and commercial success go hand in hand.

What you'll do:

- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and stock management.
- Manage scheduling, training, and day-to-day administration.
- Ensure the store always reflects the Zoco Home brand and visual standards.

What we ́re looking for:

- Previous experience as a Store Manager in lifestyle, interior, fashion, or premium retail.




- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Based in the Marbella area.
