Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Cloud and Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
- Administer and support SharePoint environments, both on-premises and SharePoint Online.
- Design and maintain hybrid Microsoft 365 infrastructures.
- Manage migrations from on-premises platforms to Microsoft 365 Online.
- Provide operational support for Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related Microsoft collaboration services.
- Design and support Azure application services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Webhooks, APIs, Managed Identity, Key Vault, and Application Registrations.
- Perform technical analysis and implementation of Change Requests related to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
- Support Windows Server infrastructure and certificate management.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs.
- Maintain Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) and ADFS authentication for SharePoint.
- Support Microsoft SQL Server environments.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Purview compliance solutions including DLP and eDiscovery.
- Contribute to DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, Git, ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and testing.
- Continuously improve infrastructure quality, operational processes, and technical standards.
- Share technical knowledge and mentor other team members where appropriate.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure administration.
- Extensive experience with SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and hybrid environments.
- Experience migrating enterprise environments from on-premises to Microsoft Cloud.
- Hands-on Azure application platform administration experience.
- Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Experience implementing Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
- Proven experience working in enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.

Language Requirements

- Fluent in French or Dutch (minimum C1 level).
- Fluent in English (C2 level).
