The Customer Operations Specialist manages the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately from receipt through delivery and invoicing. Acting as the primary point of contact, the role supports customers, working closely with supply chain, logistics, sales, finance, marketing, and planning teams. The position focuses on managing operational customer relationship, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and processes optimization.

- Manage operational customer relationships, including service reviews and logistics agreements.
- Monitor service-level performance and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer and supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Support forecasting and inventory planning activities by providing operational insights and performance trends.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for internal stakeholders and management.

What we expect from you:

- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in Customer Operations or similar role




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with SAP, Order-to-Cash processes, supply chain operations, or FMCG.
- Fluency in English AND French, Dutch is an advantage.
