We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join client's on-site team in Brussel and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance technical solutions.

In this role and project, you will work on complex technical challenges, help shape robust systems and processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions aligned with business needs. Depending on your experience level, you will contribute to technical design, implementation, optimization, and, at more senior levels, provide technical guidance and mentor other engineers.

This is you

- Open to candidates with 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including Senior profiles.
- Experience building components for large-scale, cloud-native, or distributed systems.
- Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and Continuous Delivery methodologies in cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience in the relevant technical domain.
- Proficiency in core tools and programming languages relevant to the technical domain.
- Knowledge of domain-specific frameworks, platforms, methodologies, and foundational technologies required for the role.
- Experience with quality assurance, performance optimization,



and integration with supporting tools.
- Previous experience in an Agile development environment, including the Microsoft toolset and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Located in Brussels or the surrounding area, with the ability to travel to the office three times per week.
- English proficiency at C1 level is needed, French proficiency at B1+ level is an advantage.

This is your role

- Design and deliver scalable, well-documented technical architectures, systems, and processes aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Develop and implement optimized, high-performance, and maintainable solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and quality.
- Design and improve automation systems, including comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to other teams.
- Drive technical initiatives from design to implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Present and justify technical solutions to stakeholders using clear metrics and performance indicators.
- Contribute to team discussions, technology strategies, and process improvements.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, including code and process reviews, where applicable based on experience level.




- Support effective team collaboration through strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage conflicts and oversee team performance.
- Consistently deliver high-quality solutions while meeting deadlines.
