Experteer Overview
In this role you design and optimize data pipelines and models to enable insight-driven decisions for Allianz’s customer data platform.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to prepare and migrate data assets to modern platforms like dbt and Snowflake, shaping the foundation for analytics and personalized customer interactions.

You will improve data quality, performance, and documentation while staying current with analytics technologies.

This position offers impact through scalable data products that support a customer-centric strategy.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or a comparable qualification through professional experience
• Proven experience in design, development and operation of complex data warehouse environments with cross-functional data
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation and ETL; experience with dbt and Snowflake, including building/optimizing models and pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and ecosystem tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; goal-oriented, independent, quality-focused, customer-oriented
• Experience in agile environments and commitment to continuous development
• English communication; basic German a plus
• Passion for data-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive growth
• Machine learning knowledge is a strong advantage
