In this role, you drive digital transformation initiatives for Google for Education across Spain, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable adoption of education technology.

You will set program direction, manage risks, and align with regional and education goals to accelerate impact.

You’ll partner with executives and educators to define roadmaps and measure progress, turning insights into product and program improvements.

• Drive digital transformation roadmaps for strategic accounts across Spain, aligned with Education goals
• Develop customized program methodologies and lead cross-functional partnerships to streamline workflows
• Serve as trusted advisor to institutional and government leaders to unblock deployment, allocate resources, and mitigate risks




• Manage scaled adoption programs, local networks, and lighthouse initiatives to promote technology awareness
• Track OKRs and synthesize customer insights to improve programs and inform product roadmaps

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in business program management, project management, educational technology, or technology adoption initiatives
• Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating with executive stakeholders
• Fluency in Spanish and English
