Experteer Overview
As Director/GM for a designated network vertical, you lead strategy and GTM execution to grow, adopt, and monetize the network.

You act as the vertical’s go-to expert, shaping market moves, partnerships, and expansion in a matrixed organization.

You drive the network to become the de facto standard, balancing commercial leadership with operational excellence.

You will partner across functions to scale adoption, craft the vertical playbook, and influence product-roadmap priorities.

• Own end-to-end strategy and GTM for the vertical network
• Develop market dynamics, trends, and competitive insights
• Define and execute the vertical playbook and expansion moves
• Lead identification and acquisition of priority hubs and trading partners
• Provide direct support on top strategic hub accounts as senior sponsor
• Establish best practices for deployment, onboarding, and scalable network build-out




• Monitor vertical KPIs, manage pipeline and performance against targets
• Influence monetization, pricing, and roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with marketing on a vertical-focused GTM plan and ecosystem relationships
• Build executive relationships and serve as trusted advisor on network value realization

Responsabilidades
• Proven ability to operate as a GM in a matrixed organization
• Deep understanding of network business models and ecosystem dynamics
• Experience in complex deal support, enterprise sales, and strategic account engagement for supply chain solutions with a network component
• Highly analytical and data-driven with ability to translate insights into action
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills
