In this role you will build and operate a Google Cloud / GKE platform to enable a scalable, reliable marketplace backend for Media

Markt

Saturn.

You work closely with cross-functional teams to reduce friction, improve self-service capabilities, and set pragmatic standards for the platform.

You’ll own deployment reliability, security, and observability while driving long-term fixes and automation.

This is a hands-on role shaping the tech stack behind Europe’s leading omnichannel retailer.

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in cloud environments
• Understanding of GCP (IAM, networking, clusters) and Terraform-managed infrastructure changes
• Experience with CI/CD systems and Git

Ops workflows (ideally Git

• Strong focus on monitoring, alerting, and system debuggability
• Ability to contribute to development in Type

Script/Node.js, pipelines, CLI tools
• Understanding of modern backend architectures (NestJS, REST/GraphQL, Pub/Sub, MongoDB, Redis)
