In this role you will serve as a hands-on Labour Lawyer within the HQ Legal Team, guiding day-to-day labour matters for the business model and its couriers.

You will handle inspections, labour proceedings, and provide practical consultations on labour implications across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with external law firms and manage large data sets while reviewing policies, agreements, and procedures.

This is a fast-paced, startup-friendly environment where your problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration will shape how Glovo navigates labour law challenges.

Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years of experience in labour law
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
• Interest in startups, technology, and fast-paced environments
• Proactive problem solver with multitasking and prioritization ability
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to translate complex matters into clear recommendations
• International profile, comfortable in a adaptable, collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
