Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and apply health economic models to generate evidence for HTA submissions, supporting patient access to oncology medicines.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into decision-ready value, and you’ll contribute to methodological advances and external publications.
You will work across markets, applying innovative modelling approaches to inform policy and payer decisions.
This is an opportunity to shape how evidence is used to improve patient outcomes in a global oncology portfolio.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Develop and deliver health economic models for HTA submissions across regions.
• Create model specification documents and build Excel and/or R-based models.
• Prepare reports, provide training and disseminate findings as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for HE deliverables and guidance to stakeholders.
• Apply novel modelling methods (e.g., surrogacy, survival, regression analyses).
• Extend HTA methods to broader cross-functional decision-making (medical, commercial).
• Contribute to HMS tools, guidance, internal initiatives and external publications.
• Quality assure team outputs and manage external vendor projects.
• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships to support HTA activities.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in economics, health economics, statistics/biostatistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitatively-focused degree with a statistical component
• Minimum 5 years of experience in modelling for HTA submissions in consultancy or industry
• Expert knowledge of economic modelling and budget impact analysis with hands-on Excel model development
• Strong statistical foundation applied to HTA (evidence synthesis, clinical trial analysis, large datasets)
• Experience contributing to HTA submissions and responding to questions in at least one market
• Proven ability to communicate methods, results and data interpretation to diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Understanding of HTA’s impact on market access and value communication
• Ability to work independently and take accountability for projects
