Experteer Overview
In this hands-on AI engineering role, you build governed, production-ready AI systems for a regulated enterprise.

You translate governance into code, design multi-agent architectures, and deliver auditable AI that supports HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other functions.

You drive rapid prototyping to production while ensuring data sovereignty, risk controls, and regulator-friendly telemetry.

You join a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on life-changing medicines and enterprise-scale AI transformation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end technical design for AI solutions across enabling functions
• Make and document model strategy choices and integration patterns with compliance in mind
• Identify and reuse components, agent patterns, and governance instrumentation
• Translate sovereignty policy into infrastructure, routing, data residency, and hosting decisions
• Design and ship multi-agent LLM systems with sovereignty-aware routing and human-gated control
• Build governed RAG pipelines with hallucination guards and immutable audit logging
• Deliver POCs quickly with clear progression gates toward pilot and production
• Implement governance-as-code: classification/tiering, model registration, approval workflows, monitoring, decommissioning, and audit trails




• Engineer systems for multi-jurisdictional compliance and operational resilience
• Own delivery from design to production, including CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and incident response
• Build data pipelines, feature stores, data products, and controls for sensitive data
• Implement drift/bias monitoring, AI red-teaming, fairness and explainability pipelines
• Scale solutions across functions and partner with external providers to meet production standards
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, and Compliance to drive adoption and measure impact
• Represent delivery in enterprise AI governance and standards forums

Responsabilidades
• Built AI applications inside a large, regulated enterprise
• Experience delivering AI solutions across multiple enabling functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Audit, Compliance)
• Experience implementing governance controls and embedding operational resilience into architecture
• Ability to move from idea to working PoC in days
• Deep expertise in AI governance, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance
• Technical authority in multi-agent architectures, production code, RAG pipelines, and governed AI in live enterprise environments
• Experience implementing multi-jurisdictional data sovereignty and cross-border AI governance
