Experteer Overview
In this hands-on AI architect role, you will shape governed AI solutions for a regulated, enterprise setting.

You’ll lead end-to-end technical design, build production-ready multi-agent systems, and ensure data sovereignty and compliance across functions like HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.

You’ll translate policy into infrastructure, deliver auditable, safe AI, and partner with cross-functional leadership to scale impact in healthcare and medicines.

This role combines technical leadership with rapid prototyping to move from idea to production in days.

• Define model strategy choices and integration patterns with compliance in mind
• Identify and build reusable components and governance instrumentation
• Translate sovereignty policy into infrastructure and routing decisions
• Design and ship multi-agent LLM systems with sovereignty-aware routing
• Build governed RAG pipelines with audit logging and safety guards
• Deliver POCs quickly with clear progression gates to production
• Implement governance-as-code including model registration, workflows, and audit trails
• Engineer cross-border data handling and regulatory-divergence-aware architectures
• Own delivery from design to production with CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response
• Develop data pipelines and data products with governance, lineage, and controls
• Lead AI governance, explainability,



and assurance reporting for oversight
• Collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, Compliance to drive adoption and KPI impact
• Represent delivery in enterprise AI governance forums and set engineering standards
• Foster reuse and partnerships to scale solutions across functions

Responsabilidades
• Built AI applications inside a large, regulated enterprise
• Experience delivering AI solutions across multiple enabling functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Audit, Compliance)
• Experience implementing governance controls and embedding operational resilience into code and architectures
• Ability to move from idea to working proof-of-concept in days
• Depth in AI governance, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance as a core discipline
• Technical authority in multi-agent architectures, production code, RAG pipelines, and governed AI in live environments
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional data sovereignty and cross-border AI governance
• Treats regulatory requirements as architecture decisions made at the keyboard
• Proficiency across model strategy and sovereignty-aware routing
• Mentorship and strong engineering leadership while contributing as an individual contributor
