Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end investigator and site payment activities for a portfolio of clinical trials.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver accurate, timely payments in line with contracts and budgets.

You will identify process improvements, manage vendor performance, and support audits to ensure operational excellence.

This position combines financial rigor with collaboration to help accelerate patient access to new medicines.

You will act as a key link between study teams, sites, and sponsors to sustain strong relationships and reliable study delivery.

• Lead end-to-end management of investigator and site payment activities across assigned trials
• Oversee payment system setup including budgets, contracts, milestones, and payment triggers
• Support study start-up activities and ensure timely payment-related milestones
• Review payment structures and data flows to prevent delays or errors
• Manage vendor performance to meet timelines and quality standards
• Monitor payment performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Resolve escalated site and study-level payment queries to maintain relationships
• Ensure contracts, purchase orders,

• Support audit and inspection activities related to investigator payments and maintain documentation

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience in clinical research, clinical operations, site payments, contracts, or related field
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, site budgets, and payment processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across integral teams
• Ability to review contracts, budgets, and payment terms with high accuracy
• Experience working independently and cross-functionally
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other business systems
• Knowledge of investigator payment processes within a CRO, sponsor, or CRO/clinical research org
