Junior Sales Trainee

About the Role

Are you interested in launching an international career path with us?
Develop a strategic, cross-functional vision of the urban hotel business through a comprehensive training program. The trainee will undergo exhaustive training in brand promotion and customer acquisition. Your main focus will be mastering the sales cycle across different business segments, such as corporate and MICE, while also managing tourism intermediaries (Tour Operators and Agencies).

Responsibilities

Business Travel & Corporate Accounts

Prospecting:



Assist in market prospecting and identifying new corporate accounts with high volume potential.
Commercial Activity: Prepare sales visits and maintain the sales funnel.
Proposals & Contracts: Support the creation of commercial proposals and the drafting of corporate rate contracts.
Account Management: Follow up on active accounts to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with agreements.

MICE Segment (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events)

Quote Management: Support the reception of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and the quoting of meeting rooms and banquets to maximize conversion.
End-to-End Operations: Gain a comprehensive understanding of how this department operates, staying involved up to the final execution of the contracted service.
Showcasing: Actively participate in and organize site inspections for specialized agencies and event planners.
