ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Director to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in working on Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly those involving roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels in urban environments. As a Project Director, you will lead a multi-disciplined team and be responsible for providing direction and management for every phase of the project to ensure on-schedule completion within budget and in accordance with the contractual obligations. Key responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and direction to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to the timeline.




Oversee and monitor the contractors and sub-contractors’ activities to ensure successful completion of delivery as per contracts’ requirements, specifications and timelines.
Oversee day-to-day on-site Construction operations and advise on technical, logistical and administrative issues in order to ensure seamless projects delivery.
Lead periodic meetings with the contractors´ planning teams in order to ensure successful completion of delivery as per contracts’ requirements, specifications and timelines, and in synergy with other assets of the program.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans aligned with the Client objectives, ensuring clarity in project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, Client, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
