ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our team, reporting directly to the IT Governance Sr. Manager.



This role is critical in ensuring that our IT operations comply with various regulatory requirements and internal policies, supporting the organization's risk management and compliance initiatives.

As the IT Governance Sr Analyst, you will:
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, risk management processes, and compliance programs.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX, NIST, NERC, GDPR, and others.
• Identify and evaluate IT risks, developing mitigation strategies and action plans to address any compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT policies and procedures align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on IT risk and compliance status for senior management and the VP Of Information Technology.
• Provide training and guidance to IT staff on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
