To drive profitable sales growth within the assigned territory by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share and delivering sustainable value for customers and Sudarshan.

F. Duties/Responsibilities/Activities:
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve annual sales,



volume and market share targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with European business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, application areas and customer segments.
Develop and implement account development plans for key customers.
Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through commercial closure.
Drive customer approvals and commercialization of new products.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and future opportunities.
Develop customer intimacy and position Sudarshan as a preferred business partner.
Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns through cross-functional coordination.
Market Development:
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
