Job Purpose
A Project control Manager to Perform the project control function including project planning, cost control for the Project as per Project Execution Plan working closely with Project Manager.
The Project Controls Manager shall oversee all project control activities and provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to all Project Controls team members to ensure effective project planning, monitoring, reporting, and control to the project.
Analyse and perform project planning,
scheduling and monitoring for the Project to ensure completion of Project to the required safety, quality, schedule and cost.
Key Accountabilities
Project Control:
Ensure baseline schedule follow-up and monitoring, performance reporting, baseline change control assessment, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools.
Advice and consult on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis)
Support program integration, governance, formats, plan optimization, and project controls best practices.
Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects.
Involve actively in the development of integrated project schedule for project that reflect all interface milestones, availability and need dates of feedstock, offsite and utiliti
