About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Business Area Manager to lead and grow our Process Analytics business across international markets through a network of partners and distributors. The Process Analytics business provides advanced measurement solutions that help customers improve product quality, operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Our technologies support customers across pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, food & beverage, and other process industries.Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role combines strategic leadership,



business development, channel management, people leadership, and full P&L; accountability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across the Middle East, Africa, LATAM and selected European markets, while strengthening partner relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring the achievement of commercial and financial objectives.

Define and execute the strategic business plan for the Process Analytics business.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across assigned regions.
Identify new market opportunities and develop growth initiatives within key process industries.
Support the implementation of global business initiatives and commercial programs.
