EBRO SUV is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant (Junior). This profile will join our Digital & CRM team and play a key role in supporting the implementation and continuous evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, the Project Manager and development teams to analyse business processes, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into functional solutions that support our digital transformation journey.
The position requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to act as the bridge between Business and IT throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality CRM solutions are delivered to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops and meetings with different business areas.
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and digital transformation.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
Create and maintain Epics,



User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Tasks and Bugs following Scrum methodology.
Manage and maintain the Product Backlog in Jira, ensuring full traceability of requirements.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Work closely with development teams to clarify functional requirements and support implementation.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and validate functional deliverables before Go Live.
Maintain functional documentation, business process flows and solution documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Support business users in the adoption of new CRM functionalities and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
