The role

We are looking for a Payroll Intern to join our HR team and support payroll operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll processes, employee data management,



and administrative tasks in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

Preboarding of new hires. Support tasks related to:

Communication with the employees for the onboarding.
Management of the new hire with the external supplier.
Database update + personnel file.
Control of the signature of the onboarding documents.
Offboarding Of Employees. Support Tasks Related To

Review of the offboarding variables and communication with the external provider.
Sending documentation to offboarders.
Database update + personnel file.
Garnishments. Support Tasks Related To

Documentation management and communication with the corresponding administration.
Communication of the garnishment to the external supplier.
Database update + personnel file.
Accounting Reports. Support Tasks Related To

Review of payroll reports (extra pay, holidays, etc.).
Communication and resolution of doubts with the accounting department.
