We are looking for a talented Technician Support for the IT Platform of a multinational leader in the banking sector located in Madrid.

?Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to end users, both in person and remotely.
• Manage, register and follow up on incidents and service requests through the ticketing platform.
• Prepare, configure and deploy Mac devices, corporate applications and work tools for new joiners and replacements.
• Manage the IT asset inventory, including stock control, device allocation, returns, contingency equipment and hardware shipments.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes,



proactively contact users and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Escalate complex incidents when required and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.

Essential:
• Previous experience in IT Back Office or proximity support roles.
• Advanced knowledge of macOS and the Apple ecosystem.
• Experience in Mac device deployment, configuration and software installation.
• Experience in IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, mobile devices and remote access tools.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, autonomy and user orientation.
• Upper-intermediate English level, both spoken and written.
Desirable:
• Experience in international corporate environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Experience with iPhone and iPad devices and mobil
