Responsabilidades

The Senior Underwriter Technology is a key contributor and thought leader within the Technology practice, responsible for the performance, profitability, and strategic development of the Technology portfolio. This role focuses on underwriting Technology E&O; and packaged solutions combining Technology E&O;, General Liability, Product Liability, and Cyber insurance, while mentoring colleagues and representing the Technology practice internally and externally.

Act as a key partner to the Department Manager in developing and executing local market strategies
Take ownership of portfolio segments, broker relationships, and strategic initiatives with accountability for growth, profitability, and portfolio quality




Identify emerging technology risks and new underwriting opportunities and translate insights into go-to-market initiatives
Contribute to product design, coverage enhancements, and market positioning
Perform end-to-end underwriting including submission triage, risk analysis, pricing, coverage structuring, wording selection, negotiation, and documentation
Exercise underwriting authority across Technology E&O; and packaged solutions including Tech E&O;, General Liability, Product Liability, and Cyber
Lead complex risk assessments including large limits, bespoke wordings, international programs, and nonstandard exposures
Ensure excellence across the underwriting lifecycle and maintain high-quality file documentation
Manage aggregate exposures, rate adequacy, and concentration risks
Take responsibility for portfolio performance, underwriting discipline, and governance standards
