Accountabilities

Define and execute a content strategy focused on measurable business outcomes, including organic traffic growth,

Develop and manage a scalable content production framework, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence across web, social media, email, and video channels.

Establish and maintain editorial standards, ensuring content quality, accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Lead, mentor, and develop content creators and editors while setting clear performance objectives and quality benchmarks.

Monitor and optimize channel‑specific engagement metrics, including email performance, social interactions, and video consumption.

Build comprehensive reporting frameworks to communicate content performance, conversion impact, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
